This is great, i will send my BNIB CMR-30, have it rebarelled to NR and have the status changed. How could this not be perfect.

So we were playing with a CMR-30 here and decided to make a new barrel for it to make the OAL to 26.25" meaning - Non-Restricted.

Unlike the ones brought into the country by another vendor as N/R that are actually not (because pinning the stock is not an accepted method per the RCMP SFSS) these are truly N/R.

Question is ; would there be interest in us producing more of these for sale or is this little unicorn just for me ? ( :

Please let us know why a fixed stock GSG16 gets a pass but a pinned CMR wouldn't. I just want to make sure my GSG with your short barrel is good to go as an NR.

Why can’t you just pin and weld a flash hider on to get OAL requirement?

Because the RCMP decided a long time ago that doesn't count as barrel length.

barrel length doesnt mean anything with rimfire rifles. Its overall length. A flash hider can be added to increase overall length
