Can anyone who bought these, put a review/ feedback on these? I heard they scatch up the receiver somewhat. Can anyone confirm?

I can confirm these charging handles cause damage to the upper receiver slot when installed on the left side. I've got gouges from the threads under the rubber coating. The coating is still intact which is surprising. I would suggest using a bolt that that has a smooth shank and only threaded the last 1/4" or so. I'm glad I caught it before any real damage was done. I've switched back to the stock handle for now, might try to file off the threads under the rubber sleeve, hopefully it doesn't weaken the bolt too much. It's a shame because the handle looks awesome.

I'm guessing there's a sloppy tolerance somewhere in your rifle, either on the bolt carrier, guide rods, or receiver. We have fired thousands of rounds (About 2k now) with our charging handle and had no excess wear that wasn't already on the rifle. The knob shouldn't rub in the slot anywhere. If it is, something isn't sitting right.

In any case some wear inside the slot is not really an issue apart from cosmetics. It's certainly less of an issue than having the OEM charging handle shear off, especially during a match ruining your time. That's why we made this charging handle. We've seen so many of the OEM ones snap right off, sometimes causing bad gouges in the upper receiver.
