Perhaps they had a sample of the US "pistol" version? The FRT report (that vanished) that was posted in french said "arme de poing" so it makes sense that they had a pistol version, if they did in fact have one.

Maybe what they are now meaning is that they need a sample of a rifle version submitted for inspection?

    Either way this sucks balls

If that is the case this firearm will be out of reach for sometime.

Could you give me an idea of what sort of scale of time we're talking about? Multiples of 6 months etc?

That confirms my theory that they took it down to inspect the non-pistol models. Not happy though since it will take at least another 2-3 years and God knows if we'll even have semi autos by then.

once a pistol, always a pistol.
On another note if a pistol can it have 10 rounds?
I will ignore every person here that actively or passively supports the liberal party, support or are friends with Justin Turdhole, and any legislation aimed at increasing gun control. I will never purchase nor sell any items from/to those individuals.

In theory it can... but I have a feeling the lab rats would say they are all rifle mags since there is a rifle variant.

I don't get it. I thought the US version was pretty much the same just with some US made components added to make it 922(R) compliant?
