The Sa vz. 61 Pistol in .22 LR retains the same feel, appearance, and operation of the military issue vz. 61 in 7.65 mm Br. The .22 LR model not only provides a completely adjustable front sight for windage and elevation, it also utilizes the authentic rear flip sight. High strength polycarbonate is used for all magazines which yields an incredible resistance to wear and impact. The Czech Small Arms 32 acp Sa vz. 61 Pistol remains true to the original design. Enjoy the plinking!

It's restricted. As Hvacpimp said, 25 rounds for .22LR and 5 rounds for 32ACP/380/7.65/9mm Browning Short.

It's considered a rifle not a pistol. There are two variants in the FRT: the SA VZ61 "Combat" and the SA VZ61 "Pistol". Pistol is prohibited as it is a 32 ACP pistol, which are prohibited by name. "Combat" version (this one) is Restricted. The buttstock is bolted to the receiver, not dovetailed in like on the originals.

If you can source a 32ACP parts kit (another retailer was selling them a few years back), it WILL fit on this lower. You must change the ejector, upper, and bolt for it to work. The hammer spring and reset spring are very slightly different but seem to function fine with the 22 setup on both uppers. The trigger reset is a little wimpy though and can use some help from time to time.

Here is an album I made awhile back that shows a side by side with the parts kit and the 22 LR rifle, showing how to change over to 32ACP: https://imgur.com/a/IrKhw9e

I should add that changing the uppers over is a royal pain in the ass. You have to use a very small punch to get the captive pin out of the lower to swap the parts, and that pin will take off into the ether if you're not careful (a magnet and two hours of my life in some gravel will attest to that). I milled out the front pin slot on mine so that I can swap uppers over without doing that.
