I've always wanted a DG gun, so when Blair and Trudeau started talking about Joules of Energy, I decided that it was time to buy one!

I'm no recoil junkie. There's something amazing about the Safari Magnum chambered in 458 Lott that makes it super fun to shoot. Time and space seem to shift when the firing pin touches the primer. Maybe that's it, or maybe its that 500gr pill slamming into stuff at 2300fps

Too bad it costs $7 per boom, time to get some dies for my Rock Ckucker!

I have been using mine a fair bit since I purchased it from Prophet River. Gun functions great, although it did eat a set of Warne QD rings . Warne promptly replaced them, and now have a 3 ring set up holding a 1-6 razor I also purchased from Prophet River. It is holding up well now.

Get a lee 500 grain gas check mold , load and fore all day for pennies

Forgot to mention I did also purchase a bell and Carlson stock from Prophet that is working excellent on the Lott. @65 cutlass I do have some molds for when I shot 45/70 a lot, but I think 410 grain is the heaviest I used.
