    The Henry Guarantee

    From Owner, Anthony Imperato
“Henry owners have my personal guarantee to make certain that they are 100% satisfied with their purchase of our rifles. If you are going to spend your money on a Henry, I can assure you that we will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are happy that you bought a Henry.” - Anthony Imperato

Dropping Grech is the beginning of making that guarantee a reality. I won't send a dam thing to him. I have paid out of pocket to have my Henry repaired as to avoid him and his business at all costs.

I could go on all day about Gretch. If it ever comes down to to sending your rifle in for warranty work to them, cut your losses and buy a new rifle.

email henry directly.... I had my H001 stock crack on me and was getting the run around with the warranty department here. I sent an email to henry directly and they sent me a replacement stock directly from the states and never had to deal with with Grech. The only thing preventing me from buying a henry 45-70 is having to deal with Grech again, they are brutal. They are prbably worse then snapshots, and I honestly thought nothing was worse then them.

Hi again everyone. I've spoken with Dan from Henry and John Grech. They've both been very courteous and have committed to fixing the problem.

    Old Pa used to say,
Yes, people change, they get worse.

Lot's of strong messages against Henry's Canadian warranty center.

I had a Henry lever 22 and it was a fantastic little critter.
No interest in purchasing another if the reviews are this negative on the support we have
    up here.

Hi, I also had the same experience with Grech Outdoors re Henry Warranty Service, I sent Henry H015 for two warranty issues after my first range trip with the firearm, the safety recall & the shell ejection issue. No email communication/notification re warranty service, and took quite a while, That's OK. However it seems that the shell ejection issue was NOT being looked after and NOT fixed from my testing, the empty shell still stuck in the shotgun, unless I push it out from the muzzle. This is my FIRST Henry, and will be my LAST Henry! Thanks

Henry needs to address the root of the problems owners have experienced, and there is just too many of them and serious they are.

Unless, Henry does some meaningful changes sales will undoubtedly be lost here in Canada and perhaps they should just leave Canada.

They have a chance to make meaningful changes and should communicate to us via this forum, not just placate the issue raised by the OP and everything is now fine because it is not.

In view of the gravity of the problems the owner must be involved.
