This is unfortunate. I've been lucky with my purchases and haven't needed any warranty service at all from any manufacturer. Of course it can happen with anything. There seems to be quite a few people here with similar problems with the aforementioned gunsmith. At the moment, while there are some Henry rifles I have been considering, I don't really want to take the risk of that much aggravation if something needs repair. I look forward to seeing if any of this can be resolved. In particular, the bubba job on that front sight is troubling.

Could be an interesting career change

Grech Outdoors are so horrible to deal with. So many great gun shops in Canada, I don't know how they could not find anyone else to do their warranty work? I specifically do not purchase any firearms who warranty through Grech, which also include Savage and Mossberg. Just can't take the risk.

Because no body wants to pay what a good gunsmith is worth. People don't understand the difference between being an armourer vs a smith. One any monkey can do, the other requires the ability to design, fabricate or recreate parts and pieces using a variety of tools and methods.
