    Contains full internals and operates the same as standard drum magazine, but internal upper wheel cut-out for 5 rounds, rest of internal wheel is flat and not cut-out.

    can someone clarify what this means ?

    What iam asking is if i want to use the magazine in the US and remove the "block" will it work at full 75 round capacity?

    No. It’s permanently neutered.

    Yes, this drum will only hold 5 no matter what unless you have the skill to finish machining the wheel.

    no, its not permanent. there will be a spindle wheel avail at TI for $25 for you to replace the neutered plate but thats alot of work.

    Well I hope it is still free for those of us that bought from them. I never would have bothered if I had known. What makes it a lot of work? I still haven't made it home to check out my LMG.
