One model of AR10 was non restricted, the ORIGINAL, which is what the 102 was based on. The Armalite Division of Fairchild Aircraft AR-10 design.
Either way, I'm not trying to dispute or interpret the information in this thread, I'm just trying to gather any and all that I can. As it sits, in half of one day, I've got nearly 12 GB's of FRT entries but no inspection reports.

Would Wyatt be willing to provide you with the inspection report for the SLR? His product is in about as close a situation to yours that you can get.

He's fairly quick to respond on Facebook, you might be able to get a hold of him there (If he doesn't answer an email).
Also, apologies Shaun; if I would have know you were looking for the more detailed inspection report, I wouldn't have wasted your time with just the 3 page FRT entry that you likely already had.
