I am more that impressed with the excellent service I received on my recent order.
Called in to verify stock and spoke to a friendly and helpful staff member.
He confirmed the item I wanted was in stock and had it in front of him.
I was advised that if I got the order in soon; they would try to get it out same day.
Placed the order at 15:00 EST; called back and was advised he was walking it to shipping.
Received a courier shipping notice at 18:09.
Received my item this morning in small town B.C. in 5 business days.
Now that is service!
