Turnaround on Leupold scope warranty used to be really fast. I sent a scope to them 6 weeks ago, not back yet. I called last week and left a message but no one returned the call. Could be backed up due the Covid issues.

While it’s nice when a product has good warranty support, I much prefer when things actually work. I had a similar experience with VX-3’s and moved on from Leupold. Fail once, perhaps bad luck, twice in a row and I’m out.
Agree that Korth is a pleasure to deal with.

Had Similar experience when I required new hardware for my Leupold STD mount. Fantastic customer service.
