That's the one they'll get you with if you're strolling along the sidewalk with a rifle on your shoulder a few blocks from International Shooting Supplies in Surrey.

But if you're exiting a gun show in a small town with a rifle and you walk through the parking lot to your vehicle, no one will bat an eye. Everyone here does it and it's a time and place where it's expected. Downtown big city: not so much. Canadian Tire parking lot is somewhere in between those two extremes. You'll probably not have a problem as long as you don't hang around waiting for the police to show up ;-)
