    Anyone have issues with gifts cards from FOC

    Got a gift card as a gift but everything i enter the numbers it keeps saying invalid . No matter how I type the numbers of use spaces or dashes or none at all its always invalid. I plan on calling them in the morning but has anybody had this issue before?

    They have been having some technical issues with their new website. Give them a call and they will straiten it out.

    Sorry to hear your having trouble. Our gift cards are working correctly online.
    Please ensure you are copying and pasting the code from the email sender you recieved.
    Our codes are (all caps) ie: RPX_R4U_9384 and have Underscores, not dashes.
    On the checkout page, there is a GIFT CARD checker. Add code and hit "Check Status"

    If your still having issues, please email us at sales@firearmsoutletcanada.com and make a support ticket.
    Will need the order # - and we can look up the code & status of it.
    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    I got the issue resolved by calling in. There was never any doubt they would take care of it. Thanks to Dan for the help.

    Have you guys sorted out shipping via Canpar? Otherwise ammo is way too expensive to ship.
