Well good luck with warrenty in general for guns. It seems to be an afterthought for companies, and can take months to years to get things sorted. Good way to fix this buy better guns lol.

I sent it to epps for weatherby warranty. I bought the brand new rifle at wolverine last november. I received the rifle decembre 24, 2020. I went to shoot with it and i found something bad with the rifle. The bullet floating in the barrel. I never see that before. It s chambered for 375h&h and when i insert the bullet in the muzzle barrel the bullet floating . so i sent the rifle to epps wood. Do you think if i buy the same rifle of epps when the diagnostic are done they could refound me for the one i bough to them?

Epps cant refund anything without the OK from the manufacturer (as it is Weatherby that would be refunding the money). As for how long it will take, and what the outcome will be, That is also up to Weatherby. They may just send out a new barrel and epps will install it (likely what will happen if there is something deemed wrong with the firearm). This could take quite a while as the Import of a barrel takes quite a while.

What i would recommend you do. is Call epps and talk to the gunsmith. or email the gunsmith (their email is on the "Contact Us" page on their website.
