Yes and no, it still looks like it mounts on a plate that replaces the rear sight.

Looking at the video, the rear sight is replaced with a mounting block. The two Torx screws engage this block. The sight mounts directly to the slide without use of an adapter plate.

But the way you describe it there is still some sort of interface between the sight and the slide, that may jive with the DeltaPoint Pro?

I would like to clean my glock firing pin very often, so I have to remove it everytime?

I’d try it. Hoping the street price comes down.

Looking at the video, there is an insert that goes in the dovetail on the slide. This insert matches the notch on the bottom of the sight. The two screws lock the sight to the insert and the slide. Quite different compared with how a DP Pro mounts.
I think that this sight would work nicely on a G48.

Looks like it is mainly designed for handguns without a hammer... I think it will work fine for bulls-eye, may need more training to get used to it for action shooting, etc...

It may work great for shotguns though...

Hard to mount it on a shotgun when it mounts in the rear sight dovetail.

Think of it this way: you can now get a red dot on your pistol that is not milled for one.

    Looks ugly and impractically small.
