Yeah i’ll do that. But they are so busy with the type 81 orders that they never answer the phone and takes forever to get a response on email
Got my phosphate version today. I don't see/have any of the issues reported by others. Maybe I just lucked out, but I am happy with mine.
This one is a keeper, and I mean no matter what happens.

The whole gas tube is like this. This was clearly heavily rusted at one point then refinished.
you're the fourth to report loose grips. do they not inspect the grip? btw, mine is fine.
I’ve seen that on quite a few lmg, all of them the gas tube cover, yours is actually not too bad, worst example I’ve seen it’s wasn’t even refinished.
Since my blued LMG doesn't have a speck I figured it was pretty bad. Lame all around.
Did the others find a solution?
No issues with either of mine. Doesn't help you guys though. Hopefully TI sorts you out.
