Am I the only one that despises fiber optic front sights?

The barrel gets hot and they fall out. The plastic thingy.

I also despise fiber optic sights. I think tritium sights are the way to go, and the Hk luminescent sights are also very nice as well.

Looks like a little torx screw. Maybe to allow changing the front strap? Not really nice in terms of finish to just have a screw there...
