Anyone have any negative things to say about the company before i spend my money? Does anyone know if they ship quickly or do they like to take their time?
 
I have only ordered firearms 4 times from them - only delay was getting restricted firearms but that was cfo and not marstar
Everything was well packaged and even included a bit of bling so can’t say anything negative
 
I can’t speak for how fast they ship since everything I’ve bought recently has been on layaway but the difference since Payam has taken over in both service and stocking items people actually want is night and day vs when John was in charge.
 
The previous owner was like a real-life Oscar The Grouch.
But the new owners seem quite pleasant.

Oscar made right any issues I had ... I haven’t ordered from the new guys yet, but almost ordered something over Christmas and I’m sure I will eventually.
 
Ditto to the trend. Before Christmas I had a question about an out of stock item. Turns out they had one on holdback for warranty claims. There were no claims or hadn't been any, so they sold it to me. Likewise, I asked a specific question about something else, and got the answer I hoped for.

Five years ago, a previous version of Marstar was booted off CGN for doing very stupid stuff. Whatever they did to change themselves, Marstar is not the same company now!
 
I waited and waited for my rifle to come from Marstar. I finally gave up and drove the 4 hrs. to Epps to buy the same one.

When I got home, my gun had arrived from Marstar.

It's not that Marstar and the PO is slow. I'm just impatient!
 
Since the company has changed hands, Payam runs it now I've made a lot of purchases from them and only had one issue and that was quickly solved. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. There communication and customer service has improved greatly.

Now If john was still running it I would say avoid...
