I have a serious phobia of being alone.
I take solace in military tactics because they emphasize teamwork and working with others.
I Cut an old shotgun stock down and removed the small but pad. Did a simple attachment so I can remove it if I ever want to.
I had done a leather slip on for a 44 mares leg and found the recoil would loosen the leather to much. Figured a 12 definitely wouldn't hold up.
Decided to cover with the shell holder rather than refinish and match. This has a nice soft cheek piece as well.
The front sling point is a 1" barrel clamp for shotguns

Anyone swap the brass bead for a FO? what FO did you use? what thread is it?
Oddly enough the factory defect ones came with a red FO sight. I would have preferred a green one but I guess I could always swap it out.
I wasn’t planning on buying — until I learned there were some with ejectors, and discounted too.
Mine opens easily and ejects well.
I embraced my inner bubba and used a piece of leather belt to make a hand strap.
Rules had already been broken, so why not.
I used the existing rear Chicago screw, but added locktite and cranked it hard to compress the leather and get a good bite. I had to carefully drill for the front screw, but am fairly confident it is strong and won’t crack. Fingers crossed.
