    Changed email address on Tenda webiste and order shipping delay?

    Hi Tenda,
    Just wanted to check if the email address change on your website did not cause any issues/delays with my recent order.
    I changed my Tenda account email address to the one that I have with the RCMP website recently and placed an order on December 3rd, sent in my PAL info and my last Non-restrict reference number etc. to shipping@gotenda.com on the 3rd and 6th. But haven't gotten any RCMP notification for the reference # or shipping yet.
    Just wanted to confirm that you did receive all my information from my updated email address and everything is fine.
    My order # is 420603.

    Pick up your telephone and call? Or better yet email them?

    Thank you, got the notification! All good.
    Wanted to make sure that my new email is not causing any problems. My PAL expires in January and the renewal is taking forever so I was a little nervous.
