    Yuck! The case hardened finish looks better on a SAA revolver. But to each his own.

    I wouldn't say yuck, but it is bizarre seeing a pistol with this finish. Certainly an eye catcher! Perhaps someone could be the momentary star at their gun club with this one!

    CC looks great but not all over.

    Turnbull has some really sexy 1911s - charcoal blued and CC.

    Is this chemical dip or heat treated Case hardening?
