What do you mean by "straight pull action"? Do you mean straight blow back? Or is this basically a straight pull bolt action, or in other words, a neutered straight blow back?

Action locks back after every shot. Pull the lever in front of trigger guard to release the bolt.
Ah, I see. It's a design for the markets like Australia, where semi-autos are banned.
