I work in the bush. Out by myself. Usualy with my cooper dog. I feel a lot safer with a shotgun in the truck. Lots of reasons. My dog comes back when he hears a shot. Coyotes around here Usualy Run when they hear a shot. I don’t always have cell service. If I am in a situation where no one is directly around me, but there is someone in or around the property. I make sure they know that 3 shots. Means I need help.

I carry a pistol at work for wilderness defence(legally). How does this insurance work for someone like myself? I already have the regular insurance through you. Is this a worthwhile upgrade?
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you sooner. The coverage remains the same however the current policy would not cover claims that stemmed from an incident while at work. The extension now deletes that exclusion. So if you find yourself facing a legal issue while on the job, perhaps you use your firearm to defend yourself against an animal and you're charged with unsafe use, the claim will no longer fall under the work exclusion.
