Best location I can think of.

I have previously upload some photos to using the File Upload Manager on the site. I have since sold the items deleted the post, but I am undable to/can't see the method to delete the files from the Upload manager.

Go to Settings at top right of page, scroll down to attachments at the bottom left of page. Remove. See FAQ for 3rd party site. Also see stickys.
