That is for the labour to fit the adapter and other mods. Someone handy with a dremel and patience is capable of doing it themselves, however, we have done over 100 conversions....., here is a video of what needs to be done.

the only hard part is the receiver IMO.

Me and my bro in law did one each, and that took the most time, fitting and care. Time and patience go a long way in making it good, nice and right the first time.

You DONT want to rush removing metal from the inside of a receiver
