Regardless of markings; It's the exact same gun.Are these 5.56/.223 Rem barrels like the US ones, or are they specifically .223 Rem only?
Rifles destined for export are marked .223-Remington because some countries (Italy for example) don't allow citizens to own rifles in "military calibers".
A 5.56 rifle can be banned. Meanwhile the exact same rifle in .223-Remington is perfectly legal to own.

Because Kel-Tek only makes a 20 inch version thanks non-restricted under Canadian law. I’m not sure 1.5 inches of extra length is something to get upset about. In some cases it’s a good thing.
