Tikka rifles all share the same size footprint, so yes they will work.

Correct me if I am wrong, the action is the same length, but I believe there are different sizes of magazines between short and long actions?

No it won't work... You're mixing long action "action" versus long cation "calibers".

The action length doesn't have anything to do with the mag well, and no Cadex won't do a long action mag well in a near future.

Yes, it should work if you get the right one. The part number would be STKTUN-REM-RH-LA-(color code)

Not much info on the 'net yet.
It appears that the bottom metal is included, is this correct? Also that it takes AICS pattern mags?

The bottom metal is included and it takes AICS mags.
I have one in FDE that is pictured above for my Tikka T3X. Best aftermarket hunting stock on the market in my opinion.
