Is this a cloth shell, or is there any sort of lining in it?
It is a cotton jacket.

These have gone very well, so well that we have had to do a re-order. What we have left in stock and what is coming in (100 pieces) will be the end for new Jackets of this type.
Does this include the liner or just a shell?

Its is just a shell. They do not have a liner.

They are no in those sizes. The size is based on your measurments and detailed in the Chart.
I have one of these. A nice feature is the zipper starts around your belt line. If you undo the bottom 2 snaps your legs have full mobility. Great for on bike etc...
