What is the reason that these have a 3 year shelf life and most other freeze dried options are 20+?

Their products have not been around long enough to certify them for longer periods of time. Also, the Canadian agency that certifies them..probably had a hard time wrapping their heads around that as well..Originally Posted by shawn
