Not that simple, depends on the lottery regulations but I think a fixed percentage has to go to a cause, in this case the legal challenge against the OIC. I am in to this vehicle for over $70K I would take $60K which means I have in effect put another $10K+ into the cause. We need to sell 1500 tickets and I am not sure we will be able to achieve that.

The bottom line is that you invest $100 of which over half goes to the legal fund. You have a 1 in 1500 chance of winning a Unimog that if of no use to you, I am confident you could flip her overnight for at least $30K.

In my opinion, the odds don't seem bad and the possible return is good.

I'm not sure about maximum time limits and set draw dates, but you could probably have the lottery good for a year, or, until all the tickets are sold.

Right now, people are buying lottery and hospital dream home tickets like crazy out here.

It seems that the more desperate people get, the more they gamble.

Dropping the price to $25, and printing 6000 tickets might help, too.

Most people would probably buy more, anyways.
