This action was never part of the injunction. To date we have spent over $200,000.00 in preparation of when we get to court, we have only raised about half. If this action goes to the supreme court costs could be approx. one million dollars. We have started down a long hard road.

So it’s a 2nd funding drive for the original action. As opposed to a new 2nd action? Which is what the post sounded like. Which was confusing to me.
