Wanted to PM... I got this from the CFP today:

"Good day,

In order to correctly determine the legal classification of the above-noted firearms, digital images are required.
Images showing markings that are crisp and clear that should be take at the highest resolution possible and include:

- Overall left and right side with a ruler/measuring tape on top of the barrel.
- Close-ups of any and all markings, including the serial number.

Please note that we have a size limitation of 5MB for receiving files. If necessary, two or three images per email will be acceptable, providing that they are of good quality JPEG and must be sent as attachments."

As the conversion was done wayyy back in 2021 by your team, shall I chalk this up as a clerical catch-up in Miramichi, or be more concerned? I can't send any pics, as I no longer have the boomstick. Doubly concerned as I did phone in some time ago to CONFIRM that it had been removed from my restricted inventory.... not sure why they're asking again. Have you guys seen this before?

Man, I have no idea. Never heard of them sending something like this after they've already told you it's N/R. You will need to call and ask them why now and just ....why in general. They will be able to see that you had previously called so it should sort itself out. Unfortunately they won't talk to us since it is a privacy issue, regardless if we filed the Verifier's Form to change it's status.

Thx Leigh. I think clerical inefficiency on this one, here's what I got back just now, after I'd explained the situation and that I'm no longer in possession of said GHM9:

I will forward the application to be finalized."

Yup, and my invoice was dated September 2021! Never understood why something as critical as change of classification does not trigger an official notification lettre/response of some kind. It "just happens". Nuts.

Do you have nr length barrels for apc 9mm?

No, sorry, not doing anymore at this time because of the capitol expenditure needed and the massive risk that we lose it with a stroke of the Woke Pen.

Once our esteemed leader get's his butt expelled from Parliament and common sense again prevails we will look at making new products like stuff for the APC9 & APC223.

NOTE : The rifle MUST be a Gen 2.

How to tell ? The Gen 1's are a monolithic upper meaning that the tiny front hand guard is part of the receiver extrusion. Gen 3's are the latest to come out and if you remove the front hand guard you will see a castle nut with three slots in it. We don't have barrel for either of these Gen's.

A model made in 2020…would be a gen 2 and not 3 I assume.

No, we have never made these in R lengths. Right now unfortunately we are slammed with getting other projects out the door and just do not have the time to spin one-offs, sorry.
