Hi Guys
The over 18 issue won't fly. If you have a PAL, (minimum age is 18) it and your age will be confirmed by the call to the CFP as well as confirming the shipping address matches the PAL address. As well many people don't drive so what then if no DL.
Good deal if you want primers and trust everyone with copies of your ID.
