There is no way to put them together as it doesn't include a barrel nut nor a handguard. They come in a bag

Is this the kit everything needed to convert NR to R? Or can it convert 4" version to 8"?

Technically, you have 30 days to report any permanent change to the classification of your firearm to the CFC after being verified...

So based on that terminology, as long as it didn't remain permanent, how would that work? If someone kept the 18.6 barrel on it, but wanted to change it over say when more time frees up away from work. Thinking more of a fun idea to buy now but not change until down the road if we have to either change all rifle mags to 5 or move it from NR to R to keep the pistol mags neutered @10 if restrictions keep snowballing before a gov't change.
