Just had a great experience with these folks. I fouled up a large order with them by being off by one number on my credit card info because of rush typing 4a.m. on my way out the door and being TDO ( too damned old). Didn't see their email about declined credit card for a whole day (I spend my day in masks, face shield,gowned, gloved up, so when I get a short break I don't check my fun stuff emails). When I finally saw the problem late last night the items I wanted were marked sold out, so I couldn't just reorder. This morning ,first thing, I was contacted by them, my order had been put on hold, I corrected the error, and with a "stuff happens"chuckle the nice lady says its good to go and my order is on the way.
You just can't beat this kind of "small town friendly" service. I am going to look at ordering some more stuff just because they were so patient with this old Fudd.
