Go up to them and just grab the one that strikes your fancy. You should be able to tell if there is one that has a "connection".

Best dog I ever had picked me, my wife ended up with a different dog from the breeder than she planned on from the pics because of the one that picked her and it's been the best dog she could ask for.
 
As already mentioned, I would sit with them for a while, and let one pick me. Or maybe 2, or maybe 3...or maybe...

Since they all look gorgeous, that wouldn't be a factor for me. Name...maybe Bailey or Bella

Want a spaz? Get the one that goes bonkers and jumps all over you.
Want a calm dog? Get one that remains more calm and composed.

That is the order they are in, and that's their collar colour.
