    Yes... the rail hanging over the barrel nut is removed

    Can't imagine lugging a 25+lbs rifle for the PRS game.... mine is a light weight by comparison. But is sure sits down nicely on the bags.

    At one time, Westjet to Kelowna was dirt cheap... maybe it will be affordable in the future?

    Really lucky that for now, we have lots of places locally to shoot LR.

    Thanks for the link.. I really enjoyed that video. The furthest I have taken my 22 CM is 1450yds... and that was a no brainer. Problem is finding an impact area that is not covered in underbrush. Ideally, you have a sandy/dusty impact area so misses can be easily spotted... an abandoned skidder road is ideal.

    We are looking into a new spot that was logged recently... lots of really big boulders across a long valley. In general, the granite is more friendly and blowing off dust so makes spotting easier. Not easy to access so no intentions of setting up targets per se.

    I want to see if I can get to 1mile
