This way of thinking is nice in principle, and I agree. However, they'll be very carriers who ship firearms and ammo if this trend continues, if any at all, soon.

Well. When CP stops shipping firearms , and UPS is the only game in town, and they say……sure, we’ll ship that firearm 500km’s for you no problem, for 75.00-100.00 without insurance.

That’s when you think….man, I wish Canpar was still an option.

Remember, having options keeps the prices down.
Poly is pissed eh...behold my field of f*cks..and see that it is bare!!

Reminds my of one CGNer who sent a firearm shipped in a garbage bag.

Saying good riddance to any companies that support firearms is pretty short sighted. Even if they have terrible service.
One less company willing to touch firearms is one less option. We have what 2 carriers left? If the gov decided can post is out then 1 left? Then the next guy. Then no shipping options.

Then local only but local is 500 kms away and to much money so owners don't bother. Licenses lapse, sales drop, ranges close, numbers drop, less voters who care, govs electred without firearm interest, bills pass with less pushback, guns go away

It doesn't happen overnight but in the last 10 years it has been following this to the letter.
How did you conclude Canpar supports firearm ownership?

This is no fault of SFRC, but they had CP pickup a small item Jun 2, arrived in Mississauga Jun 4 for processing, then for some unknown reason it was taken North to Barrie Jun 5 for more processing ? I'm in Oshawa, can someone explain to me what the H*** CP is up to.

Covid outbreaks and issues with maxing out capacity have made them use alternative processing centers.

    They can ship these nuts.
Follow through isn't just a shooting fundamental, it's a life skill.
