This. Being woke is great for people on social media, but doesn’t work out so well for corporations. For you see, they prefer to only care about money, and sliding into position to support this industry is a really money maker.

    Good riddance! They sucked anyways.

On any given day, it was a toss up of who was the worst. Canpar, UPS, or DHL.

They've all screwed me around in the past.

You think other companies didn't know ppl shipped guns and ammo? They did the math and are not interested in the liabilities vs profit/market size centuries ago.

Want to make a change, pull a coup like what the environmentalist has just done with Exxon.
The board of directors exercise control and decision-making, not the shareholders. Also, control ≠ influence, but I digress.

We can only hope that this now-unserviced market gets picked up by competitors.

Maybe not a coincidence that the parent company elected a new board of directors on April 27, 2021, according to the notice of annual shareholder meeting linked below.

Board members’ backgrounds (page 6) seem to mostly be from the sort of corporate and banking backgrounds that tend to be anti-gun — but that’s a bit of speculation on my part.

Canpar is crap anyway. Another carrier will most likely be an upgrade

Well, Emanuele Sapputo is unlikely to be anti-gun.

I talked to a local dealer this morning, he mentioned that in the past 6 months CanPar lost 5 of his shipments........................

    So true.

Too bad I told Loomis/DHL to stuff their account last month. This would have been a much better reason.
