I'll bet this has everything to do with the latest US shooting. Time for everyone to do their virtue-signalling part. Almost makes one want to set up a distinct firearm's friendly network of banking, web-hosting, payment processing and transportation operations.

Canpar was absolute ####. Blow to the industry? Need another courier to step up. Canpar can't deliver ammo and firearms because they can't deliver and this is a lawsuit for them because they are so trash. Door drop everything or lose packages. Good riddance. #### company.

Unfortunately I believe you are correct. The powers that be are killing the firearms industry by a slow bleed...one step at a time. Governments don’t want citizens to own guns and villainize those that do. And the majority of misinformed people it seems are good with that. It’s shameful what’s going on these days.

Election is just months away everyone. Make sure were all on the same page voting CPC in again. If we vote split between otoole and bernier again, the firearms industry is done for in Canada.

I heard that they are super swamped from their driver in my area, it may be that they think this will lighten the load.

Our local driver at least got my phone number and would call me to see if I was going to be around to even attempt the delivery, and once out of lets say about 25 packages this past year I was only home once and would just have him leave the package at the depot. I kind of liked this but at the same time it also made me kind of nervous that someone I dont really know had that much information about what was inside the package and when I would be home.

It might just be a liability concern. Is it possible that CAnPar has some valid concerns about being liable for any lost/stolen/misdirected firearm or ammo shipments? All it takes in this new age of woke social media, is for one mistake to go viral, and the company might find itself boycotted by more than just a few irate gun owners.

Have you guys tried shipping things lately? You get on the phone to try and track your shipment, and no matter which number you call, there is a low-paid, extremely un-motivated employee on the other end of the call. Imo, but this might have more to do with what a clustrfk Covid19 has caused with our supply chain and workforce, than any government plot. (I don't know?)

If someone did that, the system bureaucrats would go out of their way to make sure it is more trouble than it's worth for such minded enterprenurs.
This is all a part of their hybrid war strategy against civilian gun ownership.
"Gun control" is a feel good term, which is designed to disquise the globalist disarmament efforts under the pretense of fighting crime.

I personally never liked Canpar, I stopped to buy at a really good firearms dealer in Vancouver just because they use Canpar, they are a nightmare, I’m glad they are not shipping guns related stuff anymore
