The option that provides the best value will be the best choice.
It's just not worth your time or money to paint prior to shipping. The paint gets dinged in the post and then we shoot off anything left. I now only paint gongs that will be out past 200 yards anyhow. Even then the paint is usually gone by the end of the day.
Let the whiners paint their own targets!

My mind, anytime I go out target shooting I have a couple of rattle cans with me to quickly repaint it whatever colour to see fresh hits again, which I am sure is what most people who actually shoot do.
I couldn't care any less, I can't believe that's an issue. You're going to shoot it all off anyways!
