Good grief... every time these threads come up, it positively shocks me just how many people don't understand why the item they're requesting doesn't exist or isn't popular...

The last mass-produced American-made belt fed guns that came into Canada sold for north of $20k, you don't wanna imagine what a Canadian-made one would cost in today's economy. It's not exactly something you can engineer overnight, nor is it something in particularly high demand.

And as far as a side-gate loading lever action .22 goes..... well I guess your thumbs must be a good deal smaller than my own

My request would be a 9999 joule recoilless non-restricted semi auto that's 26.5" OAL and weighs under 6lbs, with a chrome lined bore and one of those dust covers that I can open quietly before I shoot so it doesn't scare the deer.

Sarcasm aside, keep up the great work Maple Ridge! +1 for the PCC idea

An alternative to an FX9 that will actually be available in Canada!

Not sure if this "blow back" design is legal for use in Canada.

    Motiuk MFG.

Not a bad idea if he is looking for outside help to increase capacity.

Compact, folding, single-shot pistol-calibre survival rifle. Think of a Chiappa Little Badger, but not as cheap, and in 9mm. Most everything else has been done to death.

A charging bolt like the triathlon rifle have . The charging handle would come down near the shooting hand and would be much easier and faster to operate.
