Request: 9 MM Blowback MCR in partnership with True North Arms

Unless you already have a 9mm Blowback MCR in the works with one of your other partners, please consider partnering with True North Arms to produce a 9 mm Blowback MCR using their new 180 rifle compatible kit. They said the only thing preventing them from selling complete 9mm MCR rifles or uppers with magwell kits was a steady supply of MCR uppers; to prevent this offering from only being offered in the competitor's 180 design, please arrange a deal where a 9MM Blowback MCR could be sold on either Wolverine's or TNA's website. Thanks!

    Ah I see, sorry
They are basically the same to me

I thought it was a crazy coincidence
I suppose it’s asked because of that difference

    Are the uppers not compatible?

No worries at all! I’m not sure if compatible I don’t think so. Would be nice as 9mm plinking is fun!

I've asked several times Wolverine and this is their answer :

We currently have Spectre MCR receiver sets in stock, but we are awaiting the Proprietary Parts Kits. We currently do not have enough supply to keep up to demand for complete rifles, so most individual parts are not available for sale right now. Sorry I can’t be of more help at this time.

I know 5.56 is the priority, but Wolverine could use a mostly homegrown product with TNA's help to scratch the itch of those waiting for a non-restricted FX9.

Read in their subforum that TNA has now arranged with Wolverine to get some MCR uppers. Thank you , Wolverine, for your responsiveness, and looking forward to seeing a Wolverine Multi Calibre Rifle in 9 mm Blowback up for a Quick Draw review on your YouTube channel!

Perhaps stupid question but if I buy an mcr in 762x39 can I get a 556 upper? Or best to start with 556 and then branch out from there? I don’t recall ever seeing 556 uppers for sale.
