For reference, I did get through after a couple attempts today.

They’re only unable to ship powder as per UPS. All other components and loaded ammo is good to go. Sounds like every other retailer is in the same boat.
 
I believe this whole “argument” was the fault of my one comment, which I apologize for, I have just seen many posts where someone tries to find info and it goes no where and contacting the company would be better. Although this particular situation has proved that wrong I did not take in into account the holiday / weekend etc etc.
