    My understanding is that these "parts mashup" guns are the last of the remaining 557 parts. The 557 lineup is removed entirely for 2022, replaced by the CZ600.

    thats maybe why they made extra "real Rangers" in 2021, sounds about right

    Haha yeah, this is NOT the rifle that was submitted to canadian forces for trials against the what is essentially the T3X arctic

    T3x arctic won to replace the no4 mk 1

    I dunno... The walnut Lux stocks are much nicer than the American-style beech stocks IMHO. Somebody could install a decent front sight and a rail mounted rear flip-up peep site and you would have an awesome rifle for sure.

    Received my lux walnut “Range” without sight today and bottom metal is anodized with a green hue. Any idea from what model the green bottom metal came from? Just curious.
