Am I correct in that the 'free shipping' discount does NOT apply in this deal for the Wolf Ammo?

I used Wolf 124 9 MM for IPSC 1082 feet per second for a 134 Power factor from a 5 inch 1911

We aren't running a free shipping program at this time. We ended it early today...it will be back in a few weeks after we run a bunch of different promotions.

Any idea what primer they use?
