My only experience with them was when I bought an FN Fns-9 that was advertised as the all black duty model, even said it on my registration. When it arrived I ended up with the two tone long slide version. I mentioned if they had a mix up with guns to be on the safe side. They were respectful responded right away and wanted to make it right pay for return, shipping etc. I thanked them but said it's all good no big deal, I'm not too worried. Ended up not liking those guns after I shot mine and a buddies duty version.

I purchased a Henry .22 Magnum Carbine from Tillsonburg earlier this year. Called and confirmed they had it in stock, placed order and it was in my hands in Alberta in four days.
