Actually this reminded me of NOS: I'm near completion of a Willys M38A1 and one of the parts I bought was NOS packaged in a waxed, paper, bristol board box that was packaged in March 1953. I didn't really want to open the box but I needed the contents but I did think on the sort of man he is/was and if he still lives, who last saw the inside of that box almost seventy years ago... I kept the box.
