Have you 'ever' used the FA on an AR? Waste of metal and parts IMHO.

Some people like Forward Assist's.. I guess it's the old "I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it" philosophy.

I do(did before the ban). If you think you released the charging handle too lightly after a press check, what do you do? You tap the FA.

Most of the time BCG went home, but 1 out of 30 times is enough to warrant that extra metal.

I don’t use it for failure to feed though, only press checks.
I want you to be pleased with your purchase, so do not hesitate one bit to ask questions before purchase! If we do decide to go forward with payment, I assume that you are satisfied with all info provided before payment. This is a polite as-is disclaimer.

I ship at least once a week on my day off.

You use your thumb and the cutout in the bolt specifically designed for exactly this situation to push it forward into battery?

Unless I am mistaken, this still a AR180 - based design with a left side charging handle; do you even need a forward assist with a side charging handle?

No, the FA is only even vaguely relevant on the 15 because the charging handle can't push the bolt forward.

Awkward, for one I'm sorry I'm quite a clean freak and hate for my thumb to pick up all the carbon. Secondly after a few hundred rounds BCG at gas port gets quite toasty. But hey good for you. Love the emoji at the end.

And NO, the cutout isn't for you to push the BCG into the battery. Think again.
