    I had an issue with one a few years ago it was a discontinued model they couldn't replace so they told me to just pick one from their site and they sent it to me with a label to send the old one back. Zero issues and no problems at all getting it taken care of

    Green also has worse battery life generally and can bloom even more if you have astigmatism

    Those are the negatives

    Green or red do you mean? Cause i read the opposite on both accounts.

    Edit but on the battery the shake awake feature and solar its a non issue. Plus the tray is on the side on the new versions.

    i read the same thing as well...battery though it's possible that the green drains more than the red. the posted specs used to be different when comparing the red and green regarding lasting time...it seems to be the same now...perhaps they made it work for the green to have the same autonomy ?

    I was initially dealing with James, he was very quick to respond. The issue is that once they received my sight I haven't heard a peep nor can I get a response. I don't have a problem waiting 3 months or more but zero contact is not very reassuring.

    Well this is my first time dealing with them for a warranty claim and they're striking out big time. I've had zero communication from them after 3 months of having my sight despite me calling and emailing.
